How do I restart my life

Many times our life becomes monotonous and it keeps going in a loop. We start our day like a robot without any enthusiasm or interest. The main reason for this is the various responsibilities that we carry on our shoulders and we forget to live our life happily. Hence, we need to forcefully restart our life and start all over again. At least I want to restart my life now. I am sure it is overdue now.
